Richard was called up by Philadelphia on Wednesday, per Jordan Hall of NBC Sports Philadelphia.
Scouting Report
The smallish forward has NHL-caliber speed but has to prove he has the skill needed to avoid being labeled a career minor leaguer who gets an occasional recall. He is mobile enough to kill penalties and can get enough separation to be a threat on breakaways. Must improve his overall defensive play to make an impact.
Long Range Potential: Speedy depth forward.
